Vinosteria is more than just a wine bar — it’s a journey into the authentic, rich, and often overlooked culinary traditions of Italy. Opened on June 16, 2024, Vinosteria is the culmination of a personal research through italian products and producers to ensure the best quality to my guests. 

At Vinosteria, my mission is to bring the essence of Italy's "poor" food culture to the heart of Berlin. This tradition, born out of necessity by farmers and breeders, is a testament to Italian ingenuity— taking a few simple ingredients and transforming them through skill, patience, and love. It’s about preservation, transformation, and most importantly, respect for the land and the hands that cultivate it. I aim to be a bridge between these traditions and the people of Berlin, sharing a slice of my heritage and introducing them to the true quality of Italian food.
